From listetning to his interview from last night he seems content to ride for Pegasus for another year? I hope not.

Yes but Renshaw needs to prove that he is the fastest australian in a sprint. Where else will he get that opportunity? He has said that a big goal of his is the worlds in Denmark. Goss can stay better over a hilly course than Renshaw and Renshaw's DS, Allan Peiper said that Goss is faster. Why wouldn't he want to prove that to be the contrary?

And if you read my post properly mate you would have seen that I said the team are going to give him chances to ride for himself, so thats where he'll get his oppurtuntiy. Yes worlds is his goal but bay crits isn't where he's going to make his ultimate bid for the spot so I don't think its a bad thing he's not 100% yet.

Let me put it this way, if Renshaw was going 100% now before the season started properly, to try and beat Goss then it would screw up not only his chances for worlds but also the Tour. As I said before his season is based around the tour, he is also going to the Giro as the lead sprinter. He'll have plenty of chances to prove himself.

If its a bunch sprint and they're all there:
1. Goss
2. Davis
3. Renshaw

If the hills break up the bunch:
1. Gerrans
2. Rogers
3. Davis

Otherwise its open season as far as breaks are concerned. If I had to pick names, one of the Sulzbergers, Meyers, Windsor, Docker.

U/23:
1. Durbridge
2. Matthews (still legible)
3. Lovelock

Lovelock? He wont' be up there. He'll bury himself early for Grenda then pull out.

My top 3 for U/23

1. Malcolm Rudolph (Solo)
2. Ben Grenda (Out of small group)
3. Jo Lewis

Don't know about the Aussie championship, but usually a Protour rider isn't eligible for the U23 race.

With Goss, Howard, & cavendish all looking to lead which significant races will he get to lead at? Possibly the giro but I doubt any of the big sprinters except Kristoff will be going to that!

To be honest I can't remember off the top of my head but he did list off about 6 or 7 races to me where he will be the sole leader. We will just have to wait and see won't we?

Do you think they'll postpone the U/23 race by 2 hours?

****ing plane was delayed 1.5 hours and chain effect means I'm going to miss most or all of the u/23 race :(

Take the exit to the Ballarat city centre, follow there till you see the turnoff to buninyong. Go on Lal Lal street.

They will then redirect you when you get to Buninyong. Follow that road. Turn onto the Midland, then take a left down a street and just drive around as close as you can get to Warrenheip street and park around there somewhere.

If you get there before the race, you can cross over warrenheip and there is an event parking area over the road on the street parallel to warrenheip.

I was thinking about going on the climb but it doesn't seem easy to get to. Maybe the BUninyong CBD will be best to watch the race.

Ah, 12 men (boys?) in a break including Grenda with 2:30 over the bunch. Should stay away you'd think.
