My Q: Can Hincapie backpedal now or does it count what he said before the GJ? May Armstrongs mafia (to use Hamiltons words, which i now fully understand) gave death threats to either Hincapie and/or his family. It´s possible, since his whole life/income/companies depend on this.
Thanks upfront
It doesn't matter; the damage is done.
If you're hoping for reforms in cycling, your dream has come true.
As far as a criminal indictment, good luck. I despise Armstrong (not for doping, but for the false hope he inspires in cancer patients), but his legal team are pursuing this line for a reason. They know the majority won't care about cycling and are relying on his heroic status.
He will not be convicted.
