Vinge is an endurance monster and the terrain is difficult. A 100 km TT will be good to shake off the rust before Lombardia.

Don't think Jumbo really has much of a chance. Even if Milan is dropped on the long climb, they're most likely just gonna be choosing between losing to Milan or losing to Mohoric as no way would Vingegaard drop Mohoric by enough to keep him behind by the end of the descent.
