Honderclass said:I "no", but the poll shows that people think Contador is better than Froome in all aspects.
dlwssonic said:Why are so many of froome's fans trying hard to be trolls, its just stupid and embarrassing.

Honderclass said:I doubt AC could beat Froome in the ITT. AC is already in top form in terms of climbing. Froome isn't, he is still recovering from an injury and it's only his first race back
karlboss said:I'd call it about even on climbing for now. 1 for Froome in Oman, 1 for Contador Tirreno, but as many have mentioned Contador's TTing needs to improve vastly to put any real pressure on. Losing about 30 seconds in 9km to Martin, Cancellara, and Wiggins doesn't bode well for a 50+km TT against Froome.

LaFlorecita said:He rode a great TT in Algarve though, he only lost 7s to Martin over 13km.

Hugo Koblet said:That's true, but on the other hand he rode a pretty bad ITT in Tirreno. Though, as someone else mentioned, that could be explained by the fact that he didn't had to risk anything. However, GC riders tend to almost always "go for it" in ITTs.
Peter von said:Sometimes they do yeah, but the TT in TA was very much a specialists TT and i think that and his huge time gap in the GC made it hard for Contador to be as motivated as he needed to be to do a good time.
As part of the UCI’s Biological Passport program, researchers have begun to explore DNA profiling as a tool to target next-generation cheaters. Yet scientists were puzzled when they examined Froome’s genetic profile.
“Chris was very open with us to allow access to his DNA,” researcher Michele Bugatti told VeloNews. “We found some puzzling inconsistencies, and the only logical conclusion was that Froome has non-human DNA.”
Brailsford said Sky has commissioned an independent panel, funded and screened by Sky, to investigate the genetic anomaly.
“It’s an interesting question. We are studying how the ‘celestial native’ population might trigger different numbers in the biological passport,” he continued. “What’s certain is that at some point we have to accept that alien performances will surpass doped human performances.” -- * very convient huh? it's oke to have alien DNA than other methods*
