It is information that could prove vital when he faces Team Sky's calculated and clinical way of racing in July at the Tour de France.

Lol in all seriousness though, wtf is a clinical way of racing supposed to be? (other than those issues which ought to be discussed in 'the clinic')

adj.
1. Of, relating to, or connected with a clinic.
2. Involving or based on direct observation of the patient: a clinical diagnosis.
3. Very objective and devoid of emotion; analytical: "He spoke in the clipped, clinical monotones typical of police testimony in court" (Connie Paige).
4. Suggestive of a medical clinic; austere and antiseptic: a clinical style of decor.

Btw, this is kinda off-topic, but the habit in English for words to have such loose meanings annoys me. Just like 'chauvinism' has suddenly come to mean 'sexism', and like 'grammar' has come to mean 'correct spelling', or when people use 'literally' as a random indicator of emphasis. Generally I like English, but it has too many words, and anglophones keep on using their own words in silly manners.![]()

And I thought this was common Dutch. Maybe it's not part of the Flemish way of speaking.
