Im no skyfan and no froome fan either, I guess I dislike them more actually.

This however was great. Froome didnt give up, didnt throw the towel like previous Sky leaders at the giro. He took the blows on the chin and kept on trying and today he wins.

Well I love it.
To be fair they crashed hard or got really sick. Froome has a minor Tumble in comparison

nice finish to see yates going after froome
congrats to froome, he deserves lot of respect for today, hope to see nice battle in final week
I expected battle erlier on zoncolan but it was not so bad after all, nice job even pozzovivo and tom dumoulin :)

TT won't be enough for Tom, like last year he needs to win time uphill at some point also. I think Thursday suits him, however Friday looks monstrous.

Who knows how Yates will handle the final week ? Dumoulin won last year and knows how to manage his performance. The race is not even close to being decided. One good climb by Dumoulin or one bad day by Yates.........Poels and Froome will also be more active now.

Necessary reminder that Froome stole pet rabbits belonging to pre school children and fed them, alive, to a snake. Great guy.
Yes, and I peed in my mom's flower pot when I was 3.
Your jabs are hilarious KID

Wait, you peed in your mom's flower pot? You're a despicable human being
Yeah....
I should be called appalling for this when I'm 33.

Froome casually popping in with the 6th best time ever on Zoncolan after the crashes, a month and a half away from TDF peak and after looking like a sprinter on the climbs up until now. Far and away the greatest performance of his career. The Chronicles of the Sandshoes Miracle just got a new chapter, f*ck it never mind new chapter, it got a sequel. Froome must use Calgon on his crank.

Wait a second, he really did that? I was assuming that was a sarcastic exaggeration to make fun of the people who claimed Froome is a bad person. How can you kill bunnys? And if you do how can you feed them to a snake instead of eating them yourself. That last point especially now really makes me think bad about Froome :D

Thanks, Dad.

Reading your comments I feel confident speculating you would not look very good in your autobiography, and then you’d have to deduct any kind of accomplishment and it would be a bleak read I’m afraid. It absolutely baffles me that people can despise an athlete or a team in any sport to such a degree, go outside, ride your bike.

Everybody grinding up the climb except for Froome.
Dumoulin has to take 3 mins in the TT to win and probably afford to lose 1:30 in the coming mountains
Yates has to lose only 2 mins in the TT to be confident of winning but his third week performance is an engima. Surprisingly Yates has taken 26 s in bonifications. If he takes another 30s then he would probably win.

He wasn't that far ahead of his rivals though. Plus the pace didn't seem to be on during the rest of the stage.

Not even close to the same level as AX3 and PSM imo.

So the ones who lost big time are: Aru (who did not look good), Bennett (had a mechanical at the start of the climb), Carapaz (I think he still did fairly well) and Dennis (good performance I think).
