Lately it's been looking like Ala's career is on its last legs, so if he can win a stage in this race it would show he maybe still has something left. That's why I'm pulling for him anyway. Also, a touch of masochism. Why do you guys keep doing this to yourself?

I think it would have been sensible to pull him from the race regardless of whether he could actually get on the bike today. He has the Tour on his schedule and he was well short of contending for victory here even before yesterday's crash. Lund leading him out doesn't seem to work either. They were both way behind which is why they ended up involved in the crash and Lund was on Jakobsen's wheel which is not how it's supposed to be.Gotta feel for Jakobsen, this is a real bummer.
Animating the race and looking optimistic, and then fading awayOh no what the *** is he doing
Who wouldn’t troll Patrick at every opportunity?I swear to god man Alaphilippe is doing these absurd moves on purpose just to mess with Lefevere
