Usually I'd agree, but the gap between pogacar and the other contenders is too large, he is miles better at everything. Even if you expect athletes do dare and dream, there just is no plausible scenario for any of them to win this race (excluding major pog mishaps).With that attitude I wonder why they even step on the bike. Pogacar could also do a 20km solo at Strade, and still win. Why take the risk? Because it's fun, it's cycling, and people remember it.
