Gavia could still be done if they wanted to.We all would certainly take that risk, yes. But pretty much all rumours I've heard said no Stelvio nor Gavia. It seems Vegni wants a low altitude Giro for once.
This stage looks very good to me. I just hope they will go through this side of Grappa and not through that "fake side" they used for the same stage in 2017.
Ah, but finally--the third time in a row from Edolo--they'll do the Recta Contador, no? Impossible shot not to land.sad Mortirolo
No idea. It's very narrow, so I don't even know if it's possible.Ah, but finally--the third time in a row from Edolo--they'll do the Recta Contador, no? Impossible shot not to land.
It is possible, you have the normal road nearby, so you can send team cars around, so it's not a huge problem. Otherwise you can always use the 2012 side of the Mortirolo. No idea. It's very narrow, so I don't even know if it's possible.
Recta Contador is not gonna happen for the sole reason that we cannot have good things
It'd be too bad if we got our hopes up.Recta Contador is not gonna happen for the sole reason that we cannot have good things
The other one is probably Cevo from the 2019 plan B stage to Ponte di Legno.Okay, other idea: Aprica - Guspessa - Bormio?
What climbs did you use before and after Mortirolo there? The big one seems to be Goletto di Cadino.
Padrio+Guspessa.Okay, other idea: Aprica - Guspessa - Bormio?
On the one side, yes, it does not make sense. On the other side, I guess Asiago pays fo a stage finish, so make a good route towards Asiago. And you only can do that with the Monte Grappa.Monte Grappa makes no sense considering they did a double climb of it this year.
Is the bottom part of that even rideable? Looks extremely narrow and possibly unpaved on satellite images.A detour of the valley road afterwards: https://maps.app.goo.gl/1KFg4u1UT1acrjzY6
