Have to say that this was a good chance for Nibbles and Scarponi to gap Menchov and Conti and they got nothing!

There must have been three Andronis (or one close behind) as they didn't lose much on the Teams Class.

I'm surprised no one pulled the trigger on the climb, I think Scarponi just went because he realised no one else was doing anything. Everyone already tired + saving themselves.

This is quite hilarious:

You won't find me cheering for, let's say a name, Pieter Weening. Even if he wins.

I only like Dutch riders if they have some kind of personality or charisma.

Belgian televisions hosts whining again.
This time about Weening not showing a sign for Weylandts or something when crossing the line.

i'm getting tired of this. Might try Dutch eurosport tomorow...

I hate that kind of forced yes we care society thing. Really gets unto my nerves. Yes I care, but I probably won't show it the way you wanna see me show it so you can shed a tear again, just sod off.

End of rant. Was not to you but to the pundits ;)

Danilo di Luca is NOT A HAPPY KILLER. He says the Giro is a race on roads, not on gravel, he wishes he had brought a mountain bike.

Just saw a newsflash that Weening won this stage. Very impressive work by him, and the pink as well. He worked hard for many years since he broke through with his Tour stage win, without many results. Just rewards for all those years.

I would've liked to have seen this stage, sadly I wasn't able to bring myself to watch this Giro yet.

weening was so strong in the finish. Impressive ride by him.

Kohler is also likely to keep the KOM jersey tommorow.

Not necessarily, but I just don't understand what he could have done to satisfy people looking for a gesture to Weylandt.

Don't know either. But I somehow expected a quiet celebration and a thought for Weyland. But I don't blaime him. He looks so happy and had only winning in his thoughts - which actually is a good thing. Moving on.

Lol. Rabo win a stage, grab the pink jersey (with f&*king Pieter Weening, of all people), and grab the white jersey.

Eat that critics! ;)
