In a fair world, maybe less but in a world where Spain and Germany are recognized as the last 2 winners of the Fifa World Cup, its 7

The current trend is for AC threads to turn ugly when someone dares not toe the Contadorlieber party line.

In your opinion HyperMartin wasn't trolling?

None of you would think there's trolling going on here if Luigi Max had said Contador has won 7 GTs.

Well, duh.

I thought you were not a hater? that's what you said huh?

And you go as far as creating this worthless poll, the answer is just 7, there videos, sites, jerseys as proofs everywhere . Sure, when you're blind you can't see it.

Your facts are ridiculous, Riis won the Tour 1996, they just chose to let "him" the win because he acknowledged, is that fair? You might as well go ahead and strip Indurain off his 7 GT's (best rider during the best doping era), same goes to Pantani, merckx, Fignon and so on, all busted (well not pantani technically) nothing "stripped" from them according to your facts.

A bit of fairness won't hurt

Yes, duh. Which means you guys are free to post all the pro-AC BS you want, even though it has the same potential to rile people up. Surely you see the double standard here?

I second that.

I what I don't get is how people can say he has won 7 GT's. He tested positive during the 2010 Tour. How can you still count that as a win?

And don't come to me with that "ohh, it was just 50 picograms….", because you don't know the truth behind it. The substance is banned and the rules are clear.

As an athlete, you are responsible for your own body and all the substances that you put into it.

It sickens me how you can defend that and call it a victory.

I don't like him but Armstrong won 7 TDFs. Under different circumstances he would have won zero. But going back and removing all of his victories is a joke.

Contador won 7 and should never have been sanctioned in the first place.

By that logic Rasmussen won the Tour in 2007.

That 2007 TdF has a bit of an asterisk for me, TBH. Obviously AC won outright because Razzy wasn't able to finish, but if he hadn't been pulled, MR would've won the thing.

6, we all know that 2007 doesn't count, it should have been an epic battle between Rasmussen and Astana...

Of course it counts...that's like saying Nibali didn't win the 2014 Tour.

Winning due to someone leaving in the middle of the race early is not the same as winning the race months or years after the race has finished.

Sure is. Both scenarios are covered by the rules Contador and Rasmussen agreed to follow.

Rasmussen left because his team pulled him, not because he broke any rules.

The rule in his case was the one that says you need to cross the finish line in Paris.

6/7 imo and not even because of 07. 2010 TDF was only one i think is 50-50 i cant discuss here but that is were the offense took place. Biggest joke is the Giro, i maybe wrong but im sure Scarponi wore Pink in 2012 on the TTT.

I am pretty sure that he missed 3 doping controls before that Tour, so he did in fact break the rules
