So you are thinking about changing his schedule. He was scheduled to ride this race and then a lot of altitude?

Yes, but after his crash, he couldn't train for one week. He could not prepare for this race in the best possible way. And then you could say maybe he could race, but then he has to also do battle against very strong riders, and he doesn't like to lose so much, so I think for the team and for him it was better to take no risk and start from this week on in training again.

You didn't miss it. He went down on his hip and then shoulder. Very little (if any) impact to the head and nothing like Skjelmoses head bouncing all over the place.
Angle from behind clearly shows his head bouncing down and up on the tarmac. It was at high speed as well.
