a) helped/shown how to dope on Endura
b) helped/shown how to on Sky

He was just proven guilty. Guilty whist riding for British Cycling.

My suggestion is you guys should look into that. It's a big worry.

The lack of Armstrong sanctions for much of his career should be ample evidence there are positives that are not sanctioned. That is before and after bio-passport.

What's that? Armstrong is just an outlier. Rasmussen then. It would have been Contador too.

This idea that the UCI processes all positives is failed on facts.

We don't know if bio passport cases have been opened unless the rider or the team tells us, or in the case of JTL, David Walsh tells us. UCI used to be happy to tell us they had started bio passport cases, now they barely tell us when they have landed the catch.

He was caught doping while riding for his country under British Cycling which was run by none other than Brailsford........the master of details. Wonder what the track team were on...
