Unlike a Harvard IT guy (Tom Fine), or an Internet dude (DB), the good judge's endorsement carries considerable weight on (pseudo-) legal matters. Moreover, he was not above citing his legal credentials. And, he directly attacked the fundamentals of the anti-doping movement.
Meanwhile Floyd Fleeced Folks, Arnie Baker was involved with Internet hackers and Will Geoghan was intimidating witnesses.
As such, it isn't much of a stretch to suggest that Judge Hue facilitated a fraud.

At the very least he demonstrated an incredible lack of rational thought and common sense. Qualities I would think necessary in order to fairly judge others.
