Chapeau Costiou & Arkea (having a good spell at the moment, even without Demare). Costiou was off the front for a long time at Paris-Camembert, so in good shape.

Région Pays de la Loire Tour.stage 3 - strong break with 5 guys up the road, and they're not hanging around as the first 100 km were done at 42.7 km/h.

Coming up to the 4 laps of the finishing circuit -

That cat 3 KOM? a nothing burger, even Greipel would not even realize he went over it!

That's an unacceptable inconsistency.

It's the whole "Oh, I'll watch replays but just call it 'as-live', as if it in any way is that, hours later" thing I find silly.
And of course, in this case I never even had the option of watching it live; there was no live coverage.

[Silly picture]

There are people out there who straight up complains when cycling-news sites report on a race...

And I think the term "as live" was invented by ES to pretend that it's totally the same when they'd much rather watch some first-round mixed double of Timbuktu Open.

Yes, that part is silly.

It is not silly at all to actively avoid spoilers and watch a race after it has taken place.

And there's really no need to stigmatise those people with your mocking use of the word 'totally' in your sentences as if they are stupid beyond belief.

I just realised what feature I would like most on this forum that isn't already there - the ability to mute certain words for certain posters.

And no, this totally doesn't have to do with the above discussion.

As long as you accept that it's 100% your responsibility.

For example, if you read this thread while there are multiple lesser known races going on, you might see results from a race you're not actively watching.

Obviously I wouldn't frequent the forum if I am in that situation.

I don't believe we'll be finishing on the motor racing circuit, and I'm not sure who Les Braults is either.
GC wise, Costiou has a 1 second lead over Van den Berg and Dainese and Sam Bennett are a further 7 seconds back.

Cosnefroy solo win by 20 seconds and Bennett takes the sprint behind.
That's what my CQ-team hopes, but I have some difficulties seeing it happening.
