Good to see that Quintana respects ALL Contador wins :)

Seriously, get that crap to the clinic.
Wasn't there already discussion about it?
Why?
What are you talking about?

3 Tour wins for Contador.
Ilovecycling made post specifically to highlight Quintana saying that, and it is 2 wins since he got caught doping and got only 2 wins in the Tour.
7-9 discussion belongs to the clinic, thats where it was moved, so thats where it should be conducted, not in PRR which is supposed to be clinic free.

How was that not related to the clinic/doping?

Did Contador kick your dog when you were a kid? You seem to get really exercised if folks don't share your low opinion of him (based purely on your comments in the various threads).

Nope. I just don't like dopers. Nevertheless, if you guys want to agree on not bringing up the topic or baiting into 7-9 discussion I will be happy to stop talking about it

So, to sum up... Quintana says Contador won that Tour, Schleck says Contador won that Tour, and Contador clearly thinks he won that Tour.

What was your point again?

Contador is a convicted doper therefore he got his win stripped from him. He doesn't have it anymore so he is not a three times Tour winner.
And baiting posts such as the one from ILovecycling shouldn't be allowed in PRR because they create the mess as evident by every singled thread in which issue is raised.
You are not obliged to react.I just wanted to share an interesting informations for quintana and contador fans (or unbiased people obviously). Its your problem that you have to react to every *** related to Nairo.

Yep, that's your typical Tour champion on the Champs-Elysees on the podium in their yellow jersey...hey wait a minute!

I can imagine that it would be easier for you to type your posts if you took your thumb out of your mouth. To clarify the facts, and to end any further clinical references on my part: CAS ultimately decided that it was accidental ingestion of a supplement.

You're whining about someone's clinical reference and here you are, plainly making...a clinical reference. Just let it go.

I did let it go. And then you come with weird arguments, I have only responded to it. I am completely fine with mod coming in though and deleting that entire mess, including the post that started all of that (of course article is great and don't see why it wouldn't stay but the obvious bait is too much)

Your over reaction is what got all of this started. The post that you reacted to was not a bait. It was someone's opinion with no clinic reference inferred. YOU alone chose to take it there.

Schleck said himself that the win was a hollow one as he would have preferred to win on the road but without his chain misfortune he probably would have won anyway. The whole argument even with Armstrong where many of his rivals still regard him as the winner of those races is academic. Some would also say the same about Landis in 2006 and even Rasmussen who looked to have the 2007 Tour wrapped up. Schleck can't be be blamed for what happened to Contador and it's a shame that 2010 will be remembered more for chaingate and Contador when it was a actually a very good hard fought race. Probably Schleck's best perfomance in a GT. Contador realized
he was lucky to get away with it at the finish and then it was taken off him anyway !

Perhaps you should just stay in the Clinic.... You'll be happier.

So contador was lucky in that tour?

Wasn't schleck the lucky one when they waited for him when he crashed? Wasn't he the lucky one when Contador lost time cause of the flat tire orwhatever it was at the cobble stage?

I heard Contador attacked when Andy Schleck dropped his chain. Is that true?

Hey did you hear about this rider named Quintana!? He's one of the favorites for the Tour. I'm really hoping he does well tomorrow. I want someone to test AC.

I read somewhere that Nairo's peak lies in the third week of the Tour, ( as usual in his GT's). So i don't expect him to be that good already,i think Contador has currently the better shape in terms of the rhytym of competition.

Good to see someone who remembers something else than the chaingate from the Tour 2010. But yeah, everyone is more or less affected by the brain bias.

Good showing by Nairo, except baaad desceding skills.
His climbing form looks ok and he has probably improved his ride out of the saddle which will come handy by the Tour. :D
The sad thing is that he will probably wheelsuck them (nibali, froome, berto) till the end of 2nd week, I dont like it, but cuz of his recovery in 3rd week its probably the best way how to win theTour.

Quintana doesnt have to take risk in a race like this just before le Tour.
Contador did and is a better descender, it is hevier than Quintana.
Good for Contador but the real race for the big riders is Le Tour...both are ready and if Contador didnt take easy is becouse he considers he wont be tired in the 21 days of Le Tour.
Difficult to say if Contador give everything today on the climb... in the descent he did.
If Contador gave everything, Quintana will be stronger in le Tour.
