That would be true. But we'll still be seeing "itsnotover" on this forum ten years from now.

Oh wait, you are referring to the fact that for the last several years, people have said that it wasn't over and it wasn't over...but you, you keep praying it will be over so you can stop looking like an incompetent buffoon.

Keep your chin up junior, to quote Zero Hedge "On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero." It'll be over sooner or later.

Yeah, I'm smarting over RR being right about Armstrong going to prison. . .

For a dude who has been wrong so many times about legal topics that we've all lost track, you'd think you'd have enough humility to not frame that fact by hypocritically pointing out the single failure of someone else.

Like I said, chin up junior. A stopped clock is right twice each day, so you're bound to run into something you're right about sooner or later.

Hey, why not proffer a prediction that the Feds won't join Floyd's case and pretend that you were the one who called it first and didn't read it from the link in RR's post.

If Mark is cocky about Lance not being in pinstripes then that is really bad for Lance.

What are you betting on Mark? Red or Black?

Always bet on black...

That's a safe assumption, considering it took 14 years for sanctions to be implemented on prior offenses. Bookmark your assertion so you can say "I told you so!" a decade down the road.

You know what happens in the Friday news cycle, right? I'm preparing for disappointment. Again.

No reply necessary.

Some people will be disappointed.....but I doubt I will be one of them

MarkW will be p!ssed. Wrong again.

I am mildly surprised.

Not counting chickens yet, but if they join, I am going to enjoy reveling once again in the misfortune of certain forum members who must feel like a sponsor for the America's Egg Farmers at this point.

Me too - i still think if Landis went alone he could have still done it, but if its true that the Feds are joining its almost a certainty.

If this is true, can LA & co attempt to settle, or will the Feds only be interested in taking this all the way?

I am somewhat surprised, as so far the US justice system has appeared to be kind to those with high-priced "lawyers" with good political connections.

This will undoubtedly be the end to any hopes Lancey-poo had of jumping back on the gravy train.

Ultimately, the final decision was Attorney General Eric Holder's, but there was general agreement to proceed.

I think the connections have run dry...
