Which brings me to the next point, namely that I don't understand the fuzz among fanboys about Novitzky's investigations into US Postal and about the possibility of LA ending up behind bars. If one supports what LA did back in the days to become who he became, one should just as bravely accept the possible consequences of those deeds.

Boy wow, I missed a lot of really educated posting the last couple days. It is tough when life (in the form of riding a bike and actually going on dates with members of the opposite sex) limits the other things that one wants to be involved with, but if this retardation is all that I missed then I am fine with that. I can't ever figure out why you and many others have found Lance's not getting caught to be your life's work. reading your posts you obviously know lots about cycling and it's history. All the guys caught and ignored or caught 2 or 3 times over the life of their career is just as foul but only Armstrong gets the nuke weapons rolled out. What gives? The cycling reader that you are, do you really think Lance was always blowing his horn as Capt.America? The writers chopped in every compliment available and he just accepted it. A question I asked on another line was: when is testing actual tested results and when are they (UCI) collecting and doing f*ck all or worse with the samples? It's a hollow statistic if the governing body doesn't prosecute the violators and that returns the focus of real fraud to folks beyond Armstrong. The sport has been a carnival arcade of slightly fixed games for a long time and the house always wins. Armstrong is a bad monkey in the sideshow but make no mistake; he is a monkey controlled by others.

It's just a snippet from a Landis interview, with additional commentary from some San Francisco University Law Professor saying to the German ARD that he believes an indictment is coming down sooner or later.
Nothing new, just that this affirmation is coming from a more or less objective source, a Law professor without agenda, I assume.

But still no time frame for an indictment.

Nothing in my post was ad-hominen - in fact I clearly asked the poster a question and asked them not to just answer in ad-hominen, as they usually do.

It is not my problem that it is the only way that they can respond - and my valid question is still open to them.

You missed the part where my alleged hypocrisy is somehow a greater sin (and a mental illness to boot) than anything Armstrong has ever done.

Because somehow it works out that if I hate Armstrong for doping, I MUST hate ALL dopers for doping. Because as we all know, being a hypocrite on an internet board is much worse than being a liar, cheater and bully in real life.

He seems to have been one of the the "bagmen" who was actually responsible for the trafficking of PED's on the team according to Floyd Landis.

I seriously doubt that anyone here hates Armstrong or any other doper. What many of us dislike are dopers and liars. Wanting justice done is not a form of hatred at all. It's just that--wanting justice done.

If there is any hate flowing here, I suspect it comes from the Lance tifosi who are not happy with the reality of the Lance and Co. show. To them I say, "Let's sing another song, boys. This one has grown old and bitter."
