Don't know about avoiding jail but he certainly should work out a plea deal. Save him, and the taxpayer, a bunch of money

Yet, this is topical given how much the fanboys, public strategies, Fabiana (sic) and others try and tell us that 'heralding cancer' is a get out of jail free card.
Here is the most current example of never being above the law:
IMF chief denied bail in hotel sex assault case
Will Lance be denied bail?
Dave.

Lance is a good risk for bail.
Hope that French minister gets the full measure of justice. Riker's probably woke him up good.

MacRoadie said:As much as the criticisms of LA may be well-deserved, we've always managed to maintain a "no wives or especially kids" rule here in the clinic. Can we maybe try to stick with that and skip the comments on an innocent baby?
I'm definitely no Armstrong fan, but let's leave the little guy out of it.

Cobblestoned said:I think you hyped the clinic too early. There is a lot of stuff, especially from some of the usual suspects and main protagonists of the clinic.
Maybe you missed that.
They have no limits or rules, and delivering disgusting comments and crossing the line are their greatest achievements and it's easiest way to be welcomed here with open arms.

If you missed them good for you.
Hopefully they have been deleted....
MacRoadie said:I believe he is referring to inappropriate comments about Lance's children and Kristen. While they do pop up once in awhile, you will be hard pressed to find many, and there is usually a good amount of backlash from both sides of the aisle. If we can have a cite, we can identify them and request that a mod delete them.
All comments about his kids go way over any line you care to draw, and any comment about Kik, beyond those directly relating to her involvement in any ongoing investigation, should also be off-limits.
I will vote for a zero-tolerance rule for any comments about ANYONE'S children. It's just plain wrong.

I agree with MacRoadie - it should be off limits (even when LA himself puts his kids in the spotlight) and it adds nothing to any of the discussions here.
