Well, in you case, I would say that you have to know AND understand the movie, and then spend another month to get my very sophisticated comparison/metaphor.

About Mr.Hasselhoff, he loves the Germans and has some roots here, but is more associated with Knight Rider.

Corporate governance must have been previously non existent if Livestrong paid out $2m in research donations ("awareness"?) in 2005/2006 to recipients who assisted LA in his SCA case. IRS examines closely corporate governance compliance for distribution of charitable funds.
