Strange some people here wonder why Roglic get some help in the back from some guys sympathysing with Roglic after his bad luck. While at the front suddenly a lot of teams and individual riders were riding like madmen in the lead.
Ok, I agree, no more waiting for leaders jersey in ANY situation; riders better get used to pissing in their pantsI enjoyed both races a lot. For me cycling is about winning and every person that is in a position to win should take the chance. On Saturday Roglic had the chance to take back Mader on the line and was perfect he did so. That was no situation to give presents.
On Sunday the same Guy was incapable of staying on his bike and some of his competitors took the opportunity to move of some places in GC. Just taking advantage of some misstakes.
Only thing for me is that this should always happen in cycling.
I have the same problem. First I thought the great white American hope was still riding in the top end of a pro race.Literally every time I read TJV, I think what does Tejay Van Garderen have to do with this?
I hope they change their name soon.
Who said or ever suggest that? I think you are getting melodramatic.Ok, I agree, no more waiting for leaders jersey in ANY situation; riders better get used to pissing in their pants
well, I dont know how to differentiate than when to wait; crash, dont wait we got that covered, mechanical ? flat ? pissing ?Who said or ever suggest that? I think you are getting melodramatic.
My mind goes to "TGV" and I decode it as "Train Jumbo Visma"Literally every time I read TJV, I think what does Tejay Van Garderen have to do with this?

Doesn't look like he has a dislocated shoulder. But he gained a lot of respect yesterday, not least with his magnanimity here. Such a gutsy ride.
He put it back in himself. Evidently it's happened before.
His ability to accept responsibility and congratulate the winner afterwards is admirable and quite uncommon for an elite athlete.
You keep repeating this part, but if I look at Tirreno for example, I see nothing but respect and congratulations between the big boys. If I look at sprints between Ewan and Bennett, arguably the 2 best sprinters of the moment, they always immediately congratulate each other. I think it's fair to say that it isn't uncommon at all in cycling, and a lot of other sports, nowadays. He put it back in himself. Evidently it's happened before.

If Paris Nice is not important then Roglic should be fine.Yep, pretty much this.
And for what? Paris-Nice? What do these teams think they've achieved? "That'll teach those arrogant Jumbo b*stards!" etc. This wasn't the Tour de France.
Roll on next race (i.e. bigger races) & Roglic will be an even bigger cannibal because why not. It's funny how a small warm-up race at the beginning of the season became a full-blown all out total-war.
Winning like they did yesterday (in fact riding to make the yellow jersey lose after a crash) was all a bit disproportionate IMO considering the relatively low stakes.

PN matters a lot to everyone.
Yeah, mine used to come out if I reached for something wrong. The surgery to fix it is simple but it takes time to rehabIt's an incredibly painful injury. I have put a few back for rugby players .... hard men ... and they've been screaming. If it is happening time and again it means that his ligaments have stretched. Needs sorting.
When theywere Lotto-Jumbo, i used to hear TLJ as PLJ, and thought "pure lemon juice".My mind goes to "TGV" and I decode it as "Train Jumbo Visma"
