Hey guys, sounds good. (BTW Tour of Benelux was cancelled seeing as I received picks from only 6-7 people)

As for the Vuelta, it will definitely be on. If you forget to send picks then thats too bad for you.

How bout this for stages?

Stage 4: Venlo, NL → Liège, BE
Stage 7: Valencia → Valencia
Stage 13: Berja → Sierra Nevada
Stage 21: Rivas-Vaciamadrid → Madrid

C'mon people you need to remember to send in your picks. That's the 2nd race where I picked the winner that was cancelled...

Ditto that...bummed 'cause I had young Edvald for the GC win also. So, let's make a real race of the Vuelta shall we??

Thanks again to the crew running this game - the rest of us need to pay attention and make it worth their time... :)

Merckx - how about shooting off a private message to all players to confirm them for the Vuelta...also might suggest that everyone sign up for email alerts when the thread updates?

Cheers

What, again?
That's a shame. Probably would've scored very few points, unlike ingsve for example, but still....

This sounds good.

If you are going to run stage 4, could you please confirm as soon as possible? I'll have to get my picks in early as I'm going to the Vuelta for the weekend...

Who are we sending to now El Imbatido or you Merckx.I sent my last ones to El Imbatido who would have passed them on.It's confusing as on first page you say send to El Imbatido:confused:

Updated. Please send all your picks to me!

No worries though as El Imbatido will undoubtedly forward the rest.

Also, at this point I have only received 6 picks. PLEASE SEND YOUR PICKS ASAP!!!!!!

I have the picks recorded and ready to post.. However I'm feeling generous (seeing as there are only 11 picks for tomorrow's stage), thus I will give the participants 2 more hours to send me their picks. I will then post the predictions for tomorrow's stage!

Guess i'm the only one who is hoping for a staight bunch sprint, the rest of you guys have pegged it as one for the classics men. Whilst i realise it is an up and down sort of day, here is hoping it stays together. If it does i'll have a big chunck of points back, if not i'll probably loose my second place on GC so far.

Well, turns out you were right at least until the big pile-up...at least it was worth a few points for having Greipel in the mix. :p

Huh? Did I put Casar in?... Then again, I might have, can't really remember. It is definately something I could have done.....

But after a stage that looked an awful lot like Domino D-Day, the only ones scoring some points are El Imbatido and Martin for picking Greipel.
So well done to you guys!

The only thing I hope for is that next time they decide on an unexpected finishing order, they'll do it a little less dramatically.....:p

Interestin stage :p Looks like Imbatido was the only person to predict one of the riders correctly. Ill update his score when I get home from work tonight. In the meantime, please start thinking about the next stage's picks!

Don't forget Martin! He put Greipel in his team as well!

Tomorrow's picks!

cosette: (Cancellara, Millar, Kreuziger, Grabsch, Devolder )

Spartacus looks to be the overall favorite going into tomorrow's stage ;)

Rankings have been updated, and will now be updated alot quicker as well! Not alot of reshuffling this week seeing as almost everyone picked Cancellara :p

Will be interesting to see if Stage 13 changes anything.
