Honestly we are at the stage where they might as well not bother presenting the route in October. Although this is actually quite a good change IMO.

They completely ruined the queen stage, it was already horrendously imbalanced towards the ITT side, and now they just pile on more ITT.

You should just imagine how salty this Red Rick guy would be if this was a Roglic vs Evenepoel Giro

Thing is he'll get 4-5 minutes in ITTs and bonifications alone. It'll go very quickly with the time gap, and he may even choose to never even attack in the high mountains after the first ITT.

Thing is he'll get 4-5 minutes in ITTs and bonifications alone. It'll go very quickly with the time gap, and he may even choose to never even attack in the high mountains after the first ITT.

Could literally be stagehunting while in pink.

He will gain 3 minutes in the first two stages. Oropa is the perfect climb for Pogacar and the first stage is perfect for a long range attack (25 km to go).
