some moreSo why you don't use power meter at the Tour:
Simply put because of the weight and because you only follow wheels of the strongest teams Ineos or JV. You are at the mercy of the biggest teams. LOL. It is like why do you need to watch your watts if you are going at your limit anyway.
There's always something faintly ridiculous about TdF Strava uploads, especially from riders you know finished middle of the pack.No powermeter maybe (Strava shows estimated data) but he still logs his rides with a GPS and uploads them to Strava https://www.strava.com/pros/1514397 !
Quintana won a GT! Two actually...Poor Rigo. Unfortunately, he nor his countryman Quintana will ever win a GT as the UCI camps right near their homes in Colombia in the off season.
He was 7th last year. Maybe he is just happy to be back riding his back after that horrible accident last year.So he won't be 2nd.
If he's still doing a top-10, it will be 7th place.

I know. I was just commenting on how good he has done after his accident. I just used your post.I wasn't criticizing him, it was just a mention to his top-10 placings in GTs: either 2nd or 7th.

still better than expected prior to the Tour......and Rigo is done and dusted in the Glières :-(
Same as last year. He has to be careful with Dumo.Still has a chance to finish 7th!
