Yes, the V5RS is a much better choice for the cobbles, but I still don't understand why he didn't change to the Y1RS for the Ardennes and for the Dauphiné.... if it's a better bike...

This will all become clear after the Tour. If he likes the bike, he will continue to use it in every situation.

It still doesn't make sense. He is trolling us for sure.
For example he lost AGR on rolling terrain, the aero bike would make much more sense and he still rode the V5Rs

on ventoux there's basically always wind (the climb is named so for a reason). If he has his Pdb level and the team is good he beats the record by quite a lot considering the stage is much easier than pdb. But he needs that level

Pogacar always struggles on the first day after the rest day. He'll be better on the following days.

Visma was much stronger today than UAE. Benoot and Campenaerts were much stronger than Sivakov and Soler, who are climbers.

It is Vingegaard who has to droppe Pogacar and when that doesn't happen throughout the Tour it doesn't happen at the end, and even less so by putting 4 minutes on him.

I don't think so. If he had, he would have dropped Vingegaard

Well, they clearly didn‘t go full speed most of the time. On the other hand, Vingegaard did most of the work and Pogačar couldn‘t drop him, so he‘s not as dominant right now. But in the Alps, cool weather and rain showers are in the forecast, so Pogačar should have no issues there.
