You saw the last two years how fragile things can be even with small mishaps in the race or during preparation. So a unbroken and continueing dominance of Tadeij is not set in stone. We had the same conversations last year with Vingo. This thread here was already coping hard with Tadeij never winning a Tour again. And now look at this year. Next year cards will be dealt all new and maybe we have Remco in the mix even more.

Its only fargile if Pogacar is not at this best if he is its not close never has been.

You wrote it yourself..."If Pogacar is at this level and not worse than this for some reason"...that's exactly the point. A lot of things must go right to get to this level. Holding it is even harder. I'm not saying he won't be this good again, but it's just not guaranteed.

Thats true sorry my bad I just came home from a walk I have a hard time controling my emotion or actually grasping how good he is or how lucky we are to watch him cause theres never in history been anyone like him.

Are we watching the best cycling season of all time unfolds right infront of our eyes and in this era which is so specialized too?

The GT treble is not historical because the schedule of the three never aligned well and the vuelta was not as prominent an event as it is now. That said, the treble has not been done because the double was insanely difficult to do, not since 1998 has the double been achieved. The triple crown has not been achieved since the 80’s and rarely at all historically. This pogi can do without a big risk of burnout

If he wins the WC he he gets a chip. I really hope he does so we get to see the jersey if its UAE or UCI who design it. Also would be cool to see him ride in it though i doubt one would be able to see it alot since leaders jersey.. but still.

I think he currently has 4973 CQ points on the rolling year (a record). 4236 points so far this year (already a record) and adding to that the points he accumulated after the Tour last year.

Nothing else to say anymore besides THANK YOU for every cycling fan who are just speechless that we get to witness history right in front of our eyes. Its truly the history in every race he goes into from now on and its hard to believe.

This performance after the giro I dont need to say anything its no need it speak itself, numbers etc its just yeah history were witnessing every race he will win and enters from now on. Its truly remarkable and hard to fathom how lucky we are.
