I think so to, but I guess that will be to Pogacars advantage. Race might be harder, may also get help from Remco for a while if they both attack and try to break free. And of course one more team interested in having a hard day.
A lot of people would like a stage and the jersey, so I think it will be hard to control much. Bunch of riders and teams who will go for it.

Pog is getting older and smarter. He knows, that giro can fuk him in last week, especially if goes all out in first two weeks.Off course,if he smells weakness in first stages,he will drop them. But Pog is preparing for a reason in isola, where tdf can be decided.

if in the year of the Lord 2024, (despite the accidents) Roglic will be a threat to Pogacar, I leave cycling 🤡

I think the giro was a preparation for the tour and analysis of the numbers.. him and majka said it is going to be even better in the tour. His team only needs to pull for stage 1(maybe)&2. For the 2nd and 3rd week there is a certain visma who will pull in the thought, he cracks on multiple mountain stages...lol god save them. As a pogi fan It will be fun watching his rivals getting desperate to pull and attack on the 2nd &3rd week only to be smashed like they were never there

Unless he crashes, he will win the Tour. Roglic doesn't have it and Vingegaard will probably be far from his best shape.

Look at jonas last year in vuelta,he was strongest in week 3. Giro is harder than training off course, lets be realistic.you are not doing that many k in short amount of time ,without recovery in training.Pog already has strong base and he can play long game.He needs to prevent giro fatigue as much as possible and can buildup peak form for last week of tdf.Pog needs to take time, otherwise it can bit him and crash his system. This all needs to be done under microscope off course.lol

WVA was very far from his best shape in Norway. Vingegaard, we will see... these type of comments from his teammates tell me zero. I know Vingegaard won't start the Tour in top shape but if he can reach that god level in week 3, UAE should try to burn him sooner than later to create a 4 minute gap. Vingegaard won't be able to follow Pogacar in San Luca, too explosive for him specially due to him being undercooked. If can lose less than 2 minutes in Galibier and TT, he is in the race to win it.

We were told in march, "there is a minute+ of a gap on the climbs between the 'god' level jonas and the 🐐 level of pog in the tour", so no need to panic. I hope jonas is in his best level otherwise it wont make sense winning by 10 minutes

But he won't. He can still win but he won't be in top level

Vingegaard needs to be 100% (But Vingegaard wont be 100% now which is only natural after his crash.) and Pogacar 90% then its a very nice fight, if pogacar is 100% its not very close. But Pogacar most likely wont be 100% at the Tour duo the the Giro naturally.

Tour should be alot of excitment and suspense because of this. Alot of question mark about pretty much everyone going in. Also the last crash of the season has far from accured.

Let's hope for no crashes in the Tour. We will have a great weekend of racing and probably some nice weather to prevent any type of crash. I see Pogacar in yellow before stage 4

I thought he was in Tignes but he has been climbing some Tour's mountains. Yesterday, he was on col de la Bonette.

Yes, Isola 2000 since last Tuesday. Yesterday they recorded him climbing col de la bonette with Urska, and Javier Sola also shared a photo in Isola (not 2000) when he arrived to start training in person.

Urska is spending more time at altitude than actually racing.
She is doing Suisse then Giro Donne. Jayco have just got a weird roster this year because a lot of their riders are track cyclists and they also seemed to have figured out how to actually plan races for their riders strengths.

I do think she will regret skipping Andalusia.
