i've seen nothing in the last 2 years that suggests he's capable of riding away from Vingegaard

Bro comparing a year when pogacar was hurt If you look for the past to to get the result of the present you will most often always end up wrong. Especially considering special circumstances even more

Last year before his Injury even which is a pointless discussion it was easy to ride away from him in PN. Lets not go there its a pointless discussion to look in the past with certain circumstances its not very relevant is it now.

Maybe we haven't. pogacar is capable of a burst getting 30 secs of Vingegaard but JV always reels him in. Tad has thrown everything at him so far and got just a few secs on climbs.

Vingegaard is going to destory him from this point on.

Besides Pogacar has already won the Giro and is trying the impossible if he don't win I would think its more duo to that than Vingegaard but that's my opinion. In that case its 3 GT to him aswell and I believe that's a fact and kudos to him.

How was Pantani versus Armstrong even noteworthy? Pantani didn't ride GC that Tour and was gifted a stage win.

Pogi vs. Jonas is a few galaxies away from that.

He should ride defensively. If he can stick to Vingegaard's wheel let him do the work. And attack only in the last 2Ks. Just like Cauterets last year. That's the only recipe I think...

Haha not that at all everything else from alpecin putting him on their own insta which was odd to the interviews with remco where he talks about him which it becomes rather obvious and very telling. Saw Van der poel himself said things and basicly everyone else was more that I was relying too.

Great win today, the shallower gradients helped Pogačar to build his gap on Vingegaard and with 2 minutes on GC, he can now play it more defensively.
