One thing I often recall is that Jonas' shape last year was shaped by his injuries, but he still seconded the race.

Jonas has Pog's number. Besided that I think Pog has peaked too early. I truly believe it will be a walk in the park for Visma this year

He will be fine. I'm pretty sure he will be in the tail of the peloton until stage 10 and ride himself into shape.
More explosivity for leadout due to lack of altitude training.

It will be a long Tour for other GC riders. Remco already knows how is racing on the limit and seeing Pogacar's ass (he said this last year) 500m ahead. Let's see if Vingegaard doesn't make the same thing.

It's difficult to assess the UAE's ITT setup in the national time trials. They've won in countries where they had it very easy, but in the others they've been average, except for Vermeersch, far behind Remco but second. Although Segaert has been disappointing since last year, he's also been disappointing at the U23 World Championships.

Let's keep our feet on the ground. Teddy doesn't even take part in the Slovenian championships, probably chickening out...

I'm sure he will demolish every GC rider in the Tour and I'm not being optimistic. He just needs to stay on his bike and the most impressive climbing record in cycling history will go down in July (Riis in Hautacam).

Riis' record was the most impressive until last year. On PdB Pogi had an even higher climbing speed for longer. What I regret is that the most famous climbing record (AdH) can't be beaten because the organizers use it less often nowadays (deliberately?).

How could I forget the infamous PdB record? Even Isola was considered the second best climbing performance ever but got overshadowed by PdB.

I don't believe Almeida will drop everyone bar Pogi and Vingo). He won't give everything to leadout Pogacar
Why don't you believe he would do that? Why couldn't he also drop Vindegaard? His form seems up to the task and the effort to get Jonas to back off may be well below what Jao can apply knowing he's fine if he blows up. Gap created. That's surely not every terrain but there will be times that suit Pogacar.

If Almeida is close to Vingegaard w/kg wise then obviously his 15-minute VAM can be higher than Vingegaard's 30-minute VAM (keep in mind that Vingo profits from drafting, which makes it more difficult to realize). Still it's a big question to ask: I'm expecting Vingo to be significantly stronger than Almeida and this scenario impossible.

Jonas is an alien, the rider who destroyed Pogacar's aura, the rider Pogacar fears the most. He is a legend just for having beaten Pogacar twice in the Tour. This will be his legacy, only rider to ever threat the GOAT of cycling (when we talk about ability, not palmares).
I'm portuguese and I know Almeida can't even bother Vingegaard.

This is a very respectful (and worth following) way of describing big rivals of one's favourite (instead of depreciation, which indirectly depreciates one's fave). Vingegaard is indeed a legend and one of the best climbers ever.

Pogacar is so great because he has 2 rivals who are constantly trying to break him (MVP and Vingo) and already did that multiple times. I would love to add Remco but he can't (at least until now) fight against Pogacar, he gets beaten quite easily nowadays. AGR was a rare exception but all recent duels were pure destruction (Dauphiné, LBL, FW, GdL, Emilia, etc).

Isola will always be regarded less as the race was already all but over barring a miracle that point.

PdB was in the thick of the race when Visma still had real belief that if they dialled up to thermonuclear Pogacar could be cracked so will always be the more mythical performance.
