So he says the reason he is not doping is because it is stupid and unhealthy, while completely avoiding the main reason - that it is simply forbiden!

But good that at least we have some questions on the topic, eventhough asked in such sterile way that Pogi can turn it around into the evergreen story of portraying himself the victim of the past.
Smoke screens, that's the what we see. Saying that you don't do it and givind a few reasons makes it more believable for the layman. What he does is unhealthy, even without doping. That's a calculated risks of being a top athlete. Although I am not sure he is good in risk assessment if I see him dive in to a dangerous descent ...

This guy is chatting with his team helper while destroying the best riders in the world. RIP pro cycling, this sport is dead.
Look at another detail......after the attack of Pogacar, Sivakov who was working really hard, barely lost meters to Remco and Mas.

This is a doping programm who is miles above, just like US Postal programm, probably way better with a bigger gap.

The US Postal doping program is massively overexagerated. They didn't even use EPO during 6 of the 7 TDFs, just good old fashioned blood doping and EPO to prepare.
I think its much different to Jumbo last year, they were just as outrageous, the difference is bad luck.

It is simple really, first you have to click up 2-3 gears, then you need to suddenly but instantly raise your cadence so you are literally going at least twice the speed of everyone else for about a minute. Then you just settle into a pace that is just a little bit faster than everyone else. Anybody who's raced a fair bit knows you can jam it at a ridiculous intensity for a minute and it has no cost.

More seriously for a moment, anyone who has raced a lot knows biomechanically what a normal acceleration or attack looks like.
