I hope this Tour will be a lesson for Andy. He lost the Tour in the Pyrenees and he almost won it in the one stage where he gave it a real go.

Grand Tours are won by masters of all disciplines. They were given everything this year, a token TTT and sub-50K ITT at the end of a mountainous block of stages. Cadel Evens is a true Grand Tour rider. What a great ride.
