imagine Valverde wouldn't have crashed and would have had to work for Nairo, giving away his own chances .... guess he would have been pretty upset by now .....

Piti's racing instincts would have sussed Quintana was not on top form and become team leader very quickly

I can assure you that Valverde would not have given up his position in this Tour!

I don't believe Quintana would have been team leader, the route suited Valverde too much.

Hard to see Contador making the attack he'll need to make to drop these guys later. He looks like he's nearing his limit.

I doubt that would of happened, Movistar would of given Valverde freedom to stay with the other main GC riders.

GC riders are waiting for last 2km of Galibier, then will be some attack for fans and nothing more I think
Aru was best in first weeks, Uran never Attacks, maybe Badet will try it with Galibier downhill

Karma police
Arrest Team Sky they're killing the race
It's become so dull
It's like they don't care about us fans

Bala doesn't perform well in high altitude climbs

Apart from the AC attack, this is actually a terrible stage so far. No GC action what so ever
Yeah, but that's actually kind of like expected. If everyone is too afraid to attack on stage 15 when Froome was 50 seconds behind the peloton, why would they suddenly be willing to make a long range attack on the Telegraphe.
Of course. The only think that will happen is Landa getting closer to a podium place in Paris.

even last year Valverde looked stronger than Quintana .... the latter wasn't dropped though, but rather established the never-attack-policy ...

Riding the fastest ever time on Croix de Fer and then being dropped by a former ski jumper seems to crazy.
