Why can't people just be honest that they want to happen whatever ensures their favourite rider wins, instead of attempting to frame it as someone wrongfully pulling when they "shouldn't"

Because for most people once you become a fanboy/girl you lose objectivity

So Roglic and Pauwels are just going to tow Contador to the top. Is this an homage ?

Maybe they've seen his form in this race and think they can drop him

I hear riders are obliged to ride the way that benefits the favorite riders of this forum's members instead of riding the way that benefits their own team. It's like in their contact, "You do not follow team orders. You follow the orders of the cyclingnews forum members."

Millar defending the Anglo team while attacking UAE for doing the same thing earlier.

Yeah but Millar is an idiot so it's not surprising when he says something idiotic.

Maybe, just maybe they are thinking about a possible stage win, but hey that is only my opinion about bike racing!

I mean never mind getting their sponsors on to the TV screen, which is a big thing, but a stage win can be a big thing.

Apart from the AC attack, this is actually a terrible stage so far. No GC action what so ever
Yep, awful for a tough high mountain stage. The fight for the stage win could be interesting, but so weak from the GC guys.

Yeah, but that's actually kind of like expected. If everyone is too afraid to attack on stage 15 when Froome was 50 seconds behind the peloton, why would they suddenly be willing to make a long range attack on the Telegraphe.

imagine Valverde wouldn't have crashed and would have had to work for Nairo, giving away his own chances .... guess he would have been pretty upset by now .....
