There's absolutely no reason why he would.
Sure by all accounts he's an ***, but he's not violent. It's just fans overreacting in the moment.
Of course it Wasn't intentional if that is what happened!! Just misjudged.... who said it was intentional??? All we have is some commentators words and a very unclear view of what happened.

Henao is cooked and they want to close the gap for the front. Bananito is in yellow at this momentThe_Beach said:Why don't Sky put Henao at the front instead of Kwiatkowski, who is clearly stronger at the moment?

Partly he's started winning. People like underdogs and turn on them when they're successful.
Partly ex-teammates have started to talk about his personality and they rarely have anything good to say.
But mostly because he never smiles.GuyIncognito said:Ruby United said:Funny how, in the space of two years, Quintana has gone from being one of the most likeable riders on this forum to one of the most hated.

Also, he used to be more aggressive and risk-taking.

I take it all the heads of state are still together though and relatively unscathed?

Exactly. Nobody is seriously claiming that Quintana (or any rider for that matter) would do that deliberately to Contador. Still, it was a rather weird incident.
And now it seems that we have about forty boring kms until this starts getting REALLY interesting on Mont Du Chat, and if Contador is dropped convincingly then us fans will have another 12 months (or the rest of our lives) of asking what if (not for these crashes)?
