Who finishes ahead of whom... Landa or Porte?
They have been so similar on almost every stage so far.

Valverde to do a long range attack and gain a few minutes. No one expects the Spanish Inquisition.

They never do!

I would love to see Valverde try something. Has he ever been this quiet in a GT?

At first I thought the decisive stages would come in the Alps, but now I think Roglic and Pogacar smell weakness in Bernal, notwithstanding what he said yesterday about attacking in Lyon. Unless Bennett and Kuss are seriously out of form I think we'll see Roglic get halfway up the Grand Colombier without too much difficulty, and he could put another 20-30 seconds or even more on Bernal.

I would be surprised to see Pogacar attack Roglic, even if he's feeling good, unless it's clearly apparent that Roglic is struggling. There are some hard stages to come and without a team Pogacar in the MJ could be vulnerable.

I also think and hope that Landa and Porte will be good today. I'd also like to see Quintana stay close, if not attack.

In the Dauphinée, we had the same finish. Roglic beat Bernal (4 seconds) and Quintana (6 seconds).

Sorry for my bad english, I use forum to increase my English's level.

Don't worry your English is good but did you just spell Dauphiné wrong ;)

How's Sivakov, can he be of some help? Also Carapaz, nothing remarkable from him. What about Caruso, Bilbao, Astana boys? Today's a stage when some doms, other than Jumbo have to step up big time. Throw the kitchen sink at the Jumbos on Col de la Biche, get rid of as much as possible of Kuss et comp, attack at 9km out on Colombier. Until now Roglic had to cover only one rider attacking, his pal Pog. Let's see some grinta from the likes of Nairo, Landani, Richie.

Keep writing.

That's how I improved my English as well.

I started writing on English speaking forums when I was in my high school. I could barely put together a single sentence without looking at a dictionary. Most of the sentences were taking a minute or two to complete each because I had to think how to get around the things I wanted to say but didn't have the ability to do so in a way I initially intended. When I read my posts from that time, it's painful to see my grammar (especially the use of definite/indefinite articles- something absent in my native language) but funnily enough, other people never complained about it and seemed to have no problem understanding what I meant.

Ten years of doing this and I was able to pass the Cambridge exam on C1 level, I was almost judged C2 level, the only reason I wasn't is because I scored relatively low on (ironically) the writing section because the range of topics was absolutely horrible and I had no idea what to write about!

I go with what Vaughters said on Twitter, if Bernal feels good Ineos will try to make it a long effort on the Colombier. Bernal won't beat the slovenians in the last 2-3k. He needs to attack fronm further out. Question is if Ineos will be able to get rid of both Kuss and Dumoulin. Which I have doubts.

Nothing so far suggests Bernal has the pace to drop either Pog or Rog even without helpers

You're right. I'm not saying he will succeed. But theywill probably try to make it kind of a different effort. One that benefits Bernal more so than 1-2k of fullgas against Roglic and Pogi.

2 cat.1 and a HC on, roughly, 3000 vertical meters.
You'd think they're climbing higher than they actually are.
Altitude's gradually introduced in this year's edition.

Should be a good stage the hardest section is right at the bottom of the Colombier think Ineos will drill it there and we should get 10 plus km of good action

That is a seriously nasty fall for Higuita, hope he's ok, a bit like Kwiat/Dumolins coming together on stage 4 but going much faster. He's back on the bike but the fall was a big thud.
