I don't know. You have a couple of guys in a three-man break that will never, ever work. Why not back off a little in hopes of other guys joining and making the break a possibility?

It's definitely about Healy and getting closer to yellow with another attack tomorrow. But the shed too much time by waiting for Carapaz on Galibier.

So they are just giving up again? Pathetic
It makes zero sense. All that work to get the sprinter teams where they needed them to be and then immediately everyone stops trying. Throw in whatever EF are doing and the sprinter teams not letting the gap go out more before the hills to begin with and it really feels like the rain has washed away half the peloton's brains.
