has he ever had a straight back? I'm going to make this bold prediction that Cav won't take anyone down. Someone might take him down though...

Maybe, but he looks more hunched than he used too.

Cav has to stick to Tony Martin and Renshaw like glue in the last 10 K and just avoid trouble.

This stage is deadly dull. Versus should have saved for today all those profiles and interviews and sidebars that they kept breaking off from the race to air yesterday.

Why is Radio Shack at the front???? They have been for a good part of the stage and I can't figure out why.

Less likelihood of a flat?

I can't see what is happening as I am at work but I figured they may try and push the pace so as to deny AC and others adequate recovery after yesterday. But from what I see on the ticker it appears the pace is pretty relaxed.

So the answer is a) don't know b)less likelighood of more flats c) it is their punishment for not being up front yesterday sort of like writing I will not allow AC/CE/AS to put time into Lance on the cobbles and make Lance ride alone to try and cut the losses. on the blackboard 100 times.

I just don't think Cav has it this year.

hushovd obviously

yes, they will want to take him out but who will be the hitman?

all gc riders sense RSH wants to do something so they are all riding close to the front. Would be fun if they did for some entertainment.;)

is anyone watching Eurosport and can tell me what McEwen said in the interview before the race? Is he able to sprint or does he still have problems with his elbow? (I was on the phone and couldn't listen when they showed the interview)

3 days of this, without a decent climb in sight..................
No wonder the Dutch aren't posting, what with the football n' all.

Just got back from vacation in Netherlands and really enjoyed the games in the square in Arnhem!! What a great atmosphere.

If Theo Bos was riding maybe the dutch would post. they are probably gearing up for Germany V Spain and then looking forward to losing another final again:)

Wasn't fully listening but at the end he was asked - "So will it be another win for you in Reims?" and he replied "I hope so, I'll be trying to win" or something along those lines...

Behind Leecheimer in the pecking order?

Brajkovic needs to get the hell off that team.

Not that it'll be around next season anyway.

Complete guess here, but LL > JBrak might be a politics/sponsorship thing. I'm sure RS, as a U.S. company whose market is the U.S. general population (and not just cyclists), would rather market LL than JB.

Complete amateur thought: Might it be that RS would benefit by helping Saxo/AS now (at the expense of CE and AC), knowing that Andy won't have as much support in the mountains with Frank out?

If that's completely stupid, please go easy on me :D
