OMG ! A solo attack for Froome at 110 Km to the end, about 50 Km before the main climb....so crazy..but you never knows...I hoped something similar to Finestre, but that day he attacked in the key point, the only point...today he didnt wait at the climb...
He has more than 3 minutes and he is now virtual leader, with the rest of the parcours, good for him, but total energies is working well and now is raining, so bad luck for him, He hate rain.
I hope didnt affect him and if he is caught, just for the stronger riders of the race.
It was a good attack after to get the breakaway down, but to be joined for another 2 strong riders..this way no easy...but he has nothing to lose and he has the endurace for this, and the altitude play well for him (and for the eritreans)

In theary yes, We talk about Froome and the rest is hard. More than 4000 m stage climbing in altitude. He came to do 280 Km in Australia with headwind...the training is done.

My only worry is rain...and the forecast say rain, although this time is the worst...better one hour later.
a pity he didnt spected for more attacks or to be closer to the climb. 3 minutes is not a lot..althpugh there is not a lot of people to work..some of them were at the initial break

he did alone 200 Km 2 days before that, but to be in the break with just another rider that day was a bif training, 7 hard hopurs...not very usual.

Now start the harder part of the race, all climb and descent till the end..
The same climbs than yesterday, but for the other side, harder
I hoipe the rain stop..We will see how strong he is and what happend behind..becouse from now just strong people can work .
As well is possible the leaders look each others, but Froome is close in GC, and at the moment there is not a small group of clear favourites
I see now down to 3 15 at 125, the begining of the main climb...bad signal...but it is normal....

Badilatti pursuit Froome after the main climb...The leader droped..there is not a real peloton..so he has still his chances...it would be good Badilatti join Froome and want to colaborate, but he has another leader at his team...
