Going back to Sky here's who's apparently signing:

Peters, Moscon, Landa, Gorka, Benat, Kwait, Golas,

Who's leaving? Wiggo & Porte have already left Zandio, Earle & Pate are likely, who are the other two?

Jon Izagirre and Geoghegan Hart (signed as staigiere) are rumoured as well so 7 riders would have to leave.

I guess the following are most likely to leave - Zandio, Earle, Pate, Porte, Sutton, Eisel and Knees.

But there could be some surprises.

The rumours so far seem to indicate a further rebalancing towards yet more climber and consequently even fewer big lumps.

I don't think it will be that 7. Losing Sutton, Eisel and Knees would leave Sky with no one for the cobbled classics.

I don't think Eisel is going. Eisel, Rowe, Thomas, Stannard, Puccio, Fenn, Kwiatkowski, Moscon and Viviani are all capable on the cobbles.

They should let Gorka do the cobbled classics. Wouldn't surprise me if he does good in them.

Space for Jungels then, would be a good mountain goat, TTT help for Landa and Froome.

It would be a waste, someone young and talented like Jungels to end slaving himself to others.

Nothing wrong with working something for his leader, but Sky is packed with riders ahead of Jungels at the moment and he wouldn't be having some opportunities to have leader experience.

In the moment Trek is a nice place to develop some more things in the next two or three years.

Another Brit who will have a wasted career:
http://www.cyclingweekly.co.uk/news/latest-news/two-new-brits-sign-for-team-sky-185052

The Team Sky Signing Process:
Dave phones the rider telling him how good it will be.
They sign with the team.
They find out soon enough he's wrong as they are work horses for their (insert length of contract).
When they leave Team Sky, they arent the same rider as they were before. e.g. EBH, Cav

Sad, but I fear Tao Geoghegan Harts development will come to a halt if he signs with Sky. And I have him on my emerging riders 2015-2017 team.

Only Peters has the 2016 contract, pretty sure Harts will go back end of season won't he? He's on only 20.

Nah, I think it was just Tinkov throwing out a name when french journos asked him if he could sign any french riders.

Vuillermoz prolonged his contract with AG2R before the Tour until 2018.

Very nice. It is the right decision anyway. At Tinkoff obviously he would've gotten a slightly bigger paycheck. At Ag2r however, he's not just an important domestique, but also get's free role for races he targets. Ag2r really has become the new big French team so far. Good to see cyclists like Pikachu wants to prolong that story together with Lavenu and Bardet! :)

Looks like Mullen is not going to Sky, Cannondale looking like the destination. 2 year contract. Also hearing on the grapevine that another Irish rider Eddie Dunbar has been offered a contract with Cannondale too.

I wonder how many of Coquard, Voeckler, Chavanel and Rolland AG2R will sign. Peraud looks horrible this season, so there could be room for Rolland.

Péraud is carrying on for one more year, but won't do the Tour next season. Potentially leading the Giro if his form improves. That could mean Bardet/Pozzo for the Tour. Not sure where Rolland would fit in, but would make them a really strong climbing team if they go. Alternatively, he'd make a great joint leader with JCP at the Giro, after last year's performance in Italy.

Right, this might already have been covered earlier, but who's Michael Gogl? He's on Tinkoff-Saxo's start list for the Tour of Denmark. A stagiare?

Yep. http://cykelmagasinet.dk/tinkoff-saxo-med-3-danskere-til-post-danmark-rundt

Google translate : Additionally, it is worth noting that the team has taken stagieren Michael GOGL from Austria, normally running for continental team Tirol Cycling Team.

Felix Großschartner is another Austria stagiare for Tinkoff-Saxo.

Interesting. Both very young for the WT. Surely Dunbar is too young.

PCS has Mullen listed starting the Tour of Utah for Cannondale-Garmin.
Mullen is actually a rider I think who could develop at Sky but perhaps only in years to come.

An Post Chain Reaction tweeted confirming that Mullen will be a stagiare with Cannondale-Garmin for the rest of the season. If he signs with them for next year, that would mean that all three of this years U23 World TT medalists would be in the World Tour.
