I'm not quite sure where these comments should go, but this seems as good a place as any, since it deals with transfers.
I know this will probably attract a lot of flak, but these are just my gut feelings, after all the commotion that has occurred surrounding the start of a Radio Shack team twirling around Planet Armstrong.
F*@#k every one of those wannabes that have transferred to LA's newest obsession. Popovych never fulfilled his true potential and became a mediocre follower, at best. After a nothing existence with Silence Lotto he scurried to get onto LA's coat tails as soon as he announced his comeback- his only plus is in a TTT, and there isn't going to be one in the 2010 TdF, so......Next. Leipheimer was tired of LA a LONG time ago, that's why he subjected himself to the disrespect of Rabobank and Gerolsteiner for all those unsupported years.

. He's been back under Bruyneel since LA left Discovery, where he has been made comfortable getting his Tour of California titles and National Championship. This year he even got more than a little support from Contador, getting the Castilla y Leon title, and then he twirled around after his DNF in the TdF and slapped (twittering) Alberto, in deference to the God, LA's intentions. Man, I'm surprised at how ungrateful and resigned to the inevitability of second fiddle LL has become. I guess he's happy with the biscuit (ToC) that nobody else really seems to want.
Rast? Who cares?? Vaitkus?? so what, neither deserves further comment. Kloden? Oh, you mean the guy on Telekom, who used to despise LA??? Sorry, No TTT in the 2010 TdF, he'll be lucky to make the top 10 in 2010, you'll see. Horner? Rock on, old man! At least he still looks like a little boy, now he just looks like little boy, who follows Poppy around.
Brajkovic? One of the only riders that I am sorry to see him leave AC's side. But the mastermind of JB has never seriously let this young man fly. Only once did he have a real opportunity under JB, at the Vuelta, a couple of years back, when he was a lot younger. But then again, JB really had no one else(except DeVolder) in his quiver, at the time. I doubt he'll be much more than a supporter next year too, so.... another wasted year of his youth, too bad for him.
Paulinho? a truly loyal Spaniard? Nah. BTW did anybody see him at this years TdF??..... I didn't think so. Yeah, a GC contender really needs his team to support him, I just think this guy supported the Loser. And finally the Z-man, Zubeldia. Good rider? Yeah, back in 2003, with Iban Mayo at his side. Now? I hope Astana let that whining man go to Retirement Shack, Ironically, it's where he belongs.
The Gravitational pull of a Legend, who has ignored the old saying, that one should quit while they're on top, Who has returned for one too many, has truly astounded me. But I must say that I'm glad that it's ALMOST all over now. Soon it will be taken to the roads. I hope everyone gets to the TdF in one piece, and ready to go, because if they do, it's going to be some truly Grand Entertainment.
Sorry folks, I had to just get that off my chest. Like Therapy.... aaaah, I feel a lot better now! If you took the time to read that, Thanks! now you can pile on, I think I insulted enough riders for the rest of the winter
