Again pretty pathetic Doc V.

Just read your own quote:

So, doping is not cheating?

Sorry that I read that as a justification of all dopers, like wonderboy. Your words doctor semantics. I even linked the quote for you so you cant whine about that.
Thats what you read. You, not me.

Fearless Greg Lemond said:
the way, do you have a link for

the bold part?

The clueless part of me is very interested in that. Link me up doc.

When you mentioned that LA was my "hero" - I gave you 2 options, trolling or clueless, which is it?

Thats what you make of it doccie, third option is just link us clueless up. Give us a source man. You know, for the authorities aiding dopers stuff. When did the authorities aid dopers? Come on, you can do it. Just a http://www.theauthoritiesaideddopers.com or something like that.

Ah, you are trolling - any further reference to me will be reported.
Got it? good

My hopes are for Bruynell in Kamikaze mode. Would be interesting to hear the true story, if he's still capable of telling that. And to se him bring down, as many as possible. Of course the greatest, would be to hear the truth about UCI. Probably not that realistic, but would be super interesting.

But imagine, the guys Bruynell could possibly make red in the face, the US postal guys apart: Spartacus, Schleck's, Voigt, Contador, Klöden, Basso, Horner, just to name a few.

Come to think about it, actually hope he will spare Horner, so we can se him beat Froome in July:D

Interesting

if we,re lucky this gonna be good.

I,d be surprised if johan has any real beans to spill on jv or garmin though.
And if it ends up being johans word against jvs, very few members of the current cycling family will think twice about whose side to choose.
race radios twitter response seems telling in that respect.

Everyone is entitled to a fair hearing.

That is justice. If Bruyneel wishes to provide his version, then he shall do so.

You know if JV helped others to dope etc. Well then Johan, if he has knowledge, should say so.

As the others on trial should do.

That would be the right thing to do.

Looking at you Ryder.

I think the legal term is "full ***".

The doc has been a generally valuable contributor to the forum for a long time. The doc is invariably evenhanded and likes to hold illogical or grandiose claims up to scrutiny which might be one reason why you clash heads :D A person with almost 3000 posts on this forum should be familiar enough with the doc not to childishly suggest that he is an LA fan. The docs arguments are generally nuanced and people who are not intellectually equipped for anything more than a black and white view of the world maybe shouldn't strain themselves by arguing with the doc.

The Doc argued himself out on a limb and then cried for mercy. But I agree that it is outrageous to imply that Doc is an LA fan.

The Doc contributes?

I thought he just asks for links around 5000 times.

That's not contributing.

Yes hog, asking you to provide a modicum of evidence to support your scuttlebutt is a contribution.

Take it easy. Doc's right. Riders have said as much.

To someone with a conscience, it is absolutely cheating. It's not cheating if you never test positive to some others. And if an athlete is caught they are sad about getting caught, not doping.

I don't agree all the time with Doc, but he can post some interesting opinions.

Ok, let's just then divert this away from a question of "cheating" and to more serious criminal behavior associated with the omertà, which was constructed to enforce the notion that it is not cheating unless one get's caught, all the way up to death threats.

On the topic of Bruyneel, how does he fit in the
I do not look at cyclists taking PEDs in a scenario where the authorities that were meant to enforce those rules did exceedingly little to stop it (as well as sometimes aid it) as cheating.
?

As a rider and later as a DS?

How do guys like Ferrari fit in this? He was not banned by the UCI, only CONI acted, a bit late must be said but nevertheless they did. Did the authorities aid him with the Bologna courtcase? Was he not cheating in your view, because ''authorities that were meant to enforce those rules did exceedingly little to stop it''?

What brings me to:
When there was such large scale doping as there was, I don't look at those who armed up as cheaters, it was the default.
In this view guys like Ferrari/Conconi/Grazzi/Cassoni/Fuentes, name who you want there, are also not guilty of cheating. Cycling allready had a widespread doping culture long before they got involved in it. They are just guilty of being very good at perfecting some forms of doping in a culture where the authorities did very little to stop doping.

I don't agree all the time with Doc, but he can post some interesting opinions.
Of course, never said otherwise.

I dont argue with this, never have. And its perfectly compatible with my previous post, which was an objective observation, not an opinion. The doc shouldnt whine so often. We value him, even those who clash with him.

The mods have done zip and left up your stupid **** so i will respond in kind.

So, you want links to the 50% rule? To the acceptance of backdated TUEs? Accepting donations?

You actually cut out where I specified cyclists to make up that rubbish. If you are going to troll at least put some effort in.

OK I am going to remove the DrMas convo. Dissing DrMas is Off Topic and although linking in some of his posts I consider its hounding and a personal attack.

FYI:
• Hijacking topic without a good reason and/or new information.
• Chasing / harassing / flaming other users, regardless of who instigated it.
• Harassing other users by having a continuous negative or bitter attitude towards them.

I will be using the infraction system to send some messages. If you get one please read it carefully and take note

cheers

JB still thinks he is in the intimidation game with his #evenknowwhoyouare comment to RR...

JB is about as relevant as Fats Domino today, but he evidently believes his words shake the ground. Seeing him go down will in some ways be sweeter than watching Lance fall on his face.

Evidently, JV is responsible for the systematic USPS doping program...

Ya, and the best part is he deleted that exchange between himself and RR.
I am also delighted to see that Johan says "I know everything" - that rules out him saying he was not part of anything when its time to talk ;)

I don't think his intention is winning.

I think his intention is to set fire to all those friendly good dopers at Garmin.

Also. I'm not comfortable with JVs crew chastising the defendant. Is that appropriate? Considering his riders are witnesses.

But he's a thug, he will go down. But he wants to blow up the world with him.

I can see him dropping McQuaid into a steaming pile as well.
