My post was from before he got dropped. I didn't say he was good, quite the opposite. I'm questioning the team tactics to do all the work so early on the climb so that they 1/ effectively isolated him 2/ drove the pace when he wasn't good enough.
It's also less than a month after his Covid break.
Nairo wanted to have the legs, but didn't quite. Can someone explain me the Nairoman tactics please
Why wait for a sprint with Almida?
Træen legend.Traeen is outclimbing 20 guys he shouldn't be outclimbing. Might just be really good today.
The organization hoped to attract Evenepoel, but no dice. The last stretch to the finish was gravel?

Finished in a group with a Giro and Olympic champion, a Giro runner-up, the reigning Avenir champion and the runner-up, and a Vuelta mountains classification winner who has five GT top-15s, 13 seconds down on the winner, and yet it almost feels disappointing after his ride yesterday.Ayuso impressive. 19 years old.
Has Ciccone finished yet. Disappeared completely in that last 3K.

But Ayuso isn't.Ajuso is overrated
But Ayuso isn't.
*Ilmaestro99And that is exactly why I didn't even notice the "Fulgsang" misspelling.
Not because Ayuso isn't overrated, but because Ilmaestro misspels names constantly.
