Seems to be a front group of 7-8 riders with Sivakov and 3 Dechatlon (Berthet, Staune-Mittet and one more) about 30 seconds ahead of Van Gils, Pidcock and Wellens

Sivakov is a work horse, I guess he's just gonna ride to the top and then try to make the others pull a bit when it's flatting out after the downhill.

I did not know that, that's fine then. But soler is a bit disappointing. Well it's classic Soler I guess, you never know when he's gonna be good or not. In the end Sivakov is their only really good climber here.
