Keldermann lost almost 4 minutes to Remco in a 30km ITT and almost 5 minutes on a 15 minutes climb on stage 9. Bora better be sure that he was sitting up thinking he was out of GC anyway otherwise this pacing for him doesn't make that much sense.
I mean, I don't blame teams for trying but a 30 men breakaway holding hands just to get dunked on by Vine and Soler later? Sometimes I wonder if they remember how the Vuelta went so far.
