Ruudz0r said:To be fair that wasnt a flat itt. But he indeed did improve, he was also 50th in this years Tirreno ITT (not that 50th is great but not to bad for Pozzovivo, just 1 place and second behind Evans).
I really hope he can start the mountains without any damage (illness or crashes, and if possible even without time losses but that might be to much to ask) and shows the world what he is capable of!

Ruudz0r said:Dont know about Settimana but the field there wasnt great, Castilla y Leon was not totally flat, it started with some narrow roads which were pretty steep, the last part also was steep uphill. The middle part was a bigger road which which went up and down a little but not really heavy. The time trial was not super difficult but most certainly not totally flat.

He was interviewed from his bike, by Rai.
Something I also learned from Rai.
Pug ugly course, that seems to pass by the local drug rehab centre, judging from the gang of delinquents seen crossing the road.
Paolo Savoldelli thinks it's a technically challenging (mucho cornering) course. A cobbled section, too. If it's slightly wet.........
I thought young Phinney a shoe in, but given his record of falling off, it could all end in tears.
