Aranburu is 11 cm shorter and 11kg lighter than Lazkano (according to PCS). So they probably made him a new shirt rather than just give him the one Lazkano had.
I'd be fuming if I were CostaEF run out of ideas on how to make a half decent red and green jersey for Bettiol and they gave Costa an UAE-designed one so we don't misidentify them.

depends on the sponsor I guess, its not a federation thing though as Marjerus had sponsor logos on her for years, Jungels had logos too, whilst Geniets always seems to have gone for the blank look instead
