hrotha said:He said he didn't take it willingly, therefore he was poisoned, which is the only other logical alternative ("poisoning" doesn't necessarily mean "someone spiked my drink!"). He said he has no idea how it happened. By contrast, Contador was sure it was the steak because of reasons.

Ah right, I forgot Alberto was protected while Fränk isn't.LaFlorecita said:You must remember that Alberto had more than a month to come up with an excuse.

Or maybe he had some "diet" steak brought in from Luxembourg because Alberto told him French meat isn't tasty enough.TourOfTexas said:Frank doesn't have anything to gain by taking this stuff, but no one else has a good reason to poison him.
It was probably something silly - the cook who was taking medication for edema ****ed in Frank's spaghetti because Frank out-climbed the cook's cousin when he was a junior and he's still bitter about it.
Chris85 said:Chris Horner - “During this Tour de France, I probably took 30 Cokes and 30 bottles from guys on the side of the road that I don’t have any idea who they are. And I drank them anyways,” Horner said, sitting on the road after the mountaintop finish of stage 17

Chris....your not helping.
This is really getting hilarious now. I wonder who Schleck has hired to do the investigation for him....Andy? LOL
Well, that's Chris' stupidity. I thought that guys only used water from fans to cool down. You usually see them take the water and pour it over their heads.
Anyway, all the Schleck fans who used to bash AC can shut the hell up now.

VeloGirl said:More of Horner's quote
“You have no idea what is going into your system. I didn’t prepare the food. I wasn’t the guy who slaughtered the cow, who fed the cow. I wasn’t the guy who took it from the farmer after he slaughtered it. I wasn’t the guy who bought it. I wasn’t the guy who prepared it. I wasn’t the guy who even put in it on the table. I was only the guy who cut it with my knife and fork and put it in my mouth,” Horner said."
TheEnoculator said:So Frank is pretty adament that someone poisoned him? Who is he, the Pope?
There's always a new excuse when a high ranking rider tested positive: contaminated beef, poisoning, conspiracy with the lab....
Sometimes I'm surprised I still follow cycling as much as I do.
BYOP88 said:Lets see his national fed try and sweep this one away.
luckyboy said:No way is he going to make up any plausible excuse for this. Two years out, but he should be looking at a lifetime ban after Fuentes.
