3 Lotto's however. Who knows, we might be looking at a conspiracy between Sunweb and Jumbo. :D
Oomen to set the pace on the penultimate climb, Dumoulin to jump to Gesink just before the top?

I don't think attacking before the final climb is very reasonable for dumoulin anyway
I think the definition of attack that cyclists typically use aren't gonna work anyway
Well even if it does you don't want the whole sky train chasing you for one and a half climbs + a descent

Ciccone needs all 3 KOM points to win the blue jersey. So does Lopez. Carapaz only needs to be first on Saint Pantaleon and win the stage in Cervinia to secure it.

Edith adds that Montaguti needs to be first over all 3 cols as well, while Yates needs 35 points once and more points than Froome on another col.

Depending on what Froome does. I find the likelihood of Carapaz being first over Saint-Panthaléon and winning the stage, while Froome and Pinot are out of the mountains points, quite unlikely, as he's clearly too dangerous to let ride over to the break, and if he did go all out like that you know he's taking López with him, and they're too far up the GC for that to work, cos they'd need to be away over Saint-Panthaléon with a break in the middle between them and the maglia rosa group, and then that group still be between them up the climb of Cervinia and numerous enough to take all those mountains points away from the other GC men, which seems unlikely.
