Evidence seems to suggest UAE (plus sports media/fandom) is running a smear campaign against him. I don't feel you are a Karen if fighting that. More like a Zoro.
Absolutely ridiculous.
Ayuso has shown many things over last months, immaturity, lack of professionalism and inability to adapt.
Nobody at UAE knew who would crash at the Giro, nobody, absolutely nobody knew what would happen as a result. Nobody knew what Isaac Del Toro would do, including Del Toro himself. Nobody knew that entire world cycling spotlight would suddenly be on Del Toro and that once he started winning in the Giro he would have widespread success. Nobody knew that Spanish, English, Italian cycling press would further expectations for Del Toro's future and take attention away from Ayuso.
Nobody knew, it would appear that everyone else, top to bottom has accepted new possibilities and positions at the team with the obvious ugly public exception of Juan Ayuso who is riding, acting, talking, tweeting like a spoiled child.
Ayuso to compound his terrible decision making somehow asserted that UAE is trying to damage his reputation, as if UAE wrote and spoke content of his media exchanges and UAE told him to sit up, not contribute, be a public non teammate.
UAE has nothing to do with any of that, Ayuso alone is damaging and smearing his reputation. People advising him are idiots, and that's being fair, press and public in general agreement of Ayuso selfishness and Ayuso and his advisors doing nothing to calm, quell the negativity surrounding Juan.
