It was an important win for Ewan and for the team - You would be worried taking him to the TDF without at least one win.

Finley Pickering trying to do a 150km solo in Isère Tour. He had 6' minutes at some point, but Van Eetvelt and Onley already countered with 60km to go. We probably will be getting a good duel between the duo. Incredibly hard stage. Already 4 climbs done, 2 steep ones to go.

EDIT: situation is Pickering with 4'30 to a 30 man group now. With 50k to go they start climbing again. Pickering is 3'38 behind Van Eetvelt in GC.

EDIT 2: Pickering 4' ahead of LVE and Onley (LVE attacked, Onley catched him a km later).

Isère Tour stage 5 - that's one tough stage for the kids. Would be a decent queen stage in Paris-Nice. We've seen Onley do well before, but Van Eetvelt looks like one for the future.

3'20 left for Pickering on Van Eetvelt and Onley. Onley doesn't do a single pull. Van Eetvelt keeps riding. Wonder if the latter is going to blow up. Still a 14km 7.5% climb to come.

Baril wins at Eibar - It's a hollow result because Baril dropped down to the UAE development squad to win the race - I am fine with riders jumping up from the Development squad to ride for the senior squad BUT it should not go the other way.

Onley has a weird style, looks like he got dropped 20 times, but he's just dangling and coming back. Probably measuring his efforts indeed.

De Kleijn takes the win over in Mayenne.

Up in Norway, there are 60ish Ks to go. An 8-man break has 2:40ish to a (last time we got pictures) Ineosly lead peloton.

Why are Van Eeltvort and Onley dropping down to the development team to ride a 2.2 race ? You should not be able to drop down from the senior team to the development team.

I honestly thought you weren't, for cat.2 races. But apparently every team gets once opportunity, or something...

Impressive sprint from Thibau Nys. Reminded me a bit of Van der Poel's uphill sprints in the Arctic Race of Norway a couple of years ago.

Tullett remains in the lead with a strong finish.

Who's this Belgian guy then since everyone knows him and I dont
Indeed the son of Sven Nys, who is a cyclocross legend.

Thibau himself just became U23 world champion CX, and took the rainbows as a junior as well. Two years ago, with zero international experience whatsoever, he became European champion U23 on the road, beating Baroncini and Ayuso. In Italy, no less. The fact that you didn't hear of him before honestly surprises me.
